Switch to Liulum Care with zero downtime
Whether you're leaving a pinger, a freelancer, or an agency, you can move to Liulum Care without a single minute of lost coverage. Here's the exact handover plan.
Step by step
The 7-day handover
Connect your site (Day 0)
Add your URL in the portal. We start read-only monitoring immediately — uptime, SSL, speed, and revenue-journey checks. Nothing changes on your site yet.
No DNS changes, no downtime. Your current provider keeps running in parallel.
Baseline & verify (Day 0–3)
We establish a health baseline and confirm we're catching the same (and more) signals than your current tool. You review the first alerts and the revenue journeys we're watching.
Run both systems side by side until you trust ours.
Grant repair access (Day 3–5)
For managed sites, you give scoped access so Care can auto-heal common failures. Every action is logged, reversible, and gated by your approval rules.
Optional. Monitoring-only works fine without this step.
Cut over (Day 5–7)
Once you're confident, cancel the old pinger or wind down the retainer. Point escalation contacts at Liulum. Your team starts getting plain-English alerts.
We can coordinate timing so there's never a gap in coverage.
First report (Day 30)
You receive your first monthly report: uptime, incidents caught, actions taken, and revenue protected — the proof your old setup never gave you.
See a sample on the executive report page.
Source-specific
Coming from a specific setup?
From an uptime pinger
Export your monitored URLs and alert contacts. We import them and add revenue-journey and change monitoring the pinger never had. Cancel once baselines match.
From a freelancer
Ask for current hosting, plugin, and backup details. We document them, take over monitoring, and you keep the freelancer for bespoke build work if you like.
From an agency plan
Request your maintenance scope and any access credentials. We map their checklist to automated monitoring + auto-heal, usually at a lower, predictable cost.
