What is Liulum?

The short version before the details.

What does Liulum sell?
Two self-serve AI plans: Website Care (monitor your existing site) and AI Front Desk (AI voice receptionist + lead capture). We also build new marketing sites via /build. Motto: "Answer every customer."
Is this a website builder or a call center?
Neither. AI Front Desk is an AI voice receptionist on Retell plus lead capture and alerts — you work with Rahul Rishi for setup. Website Care is for businesses that already have a site. /build is separate if you need a new site.
Who is this for?
Gyms, clinics, contractors, salons, and MSMEs that lose money when no one answers — in India, US/UK, and the Gulf.

How do I start?

What's the fastest way to start?
Go to /get-started, pick your market (India, US/UK, or Gulf) and plan, pay via Razorpay — we auto-provision your portal. Register with the same email, complete /onboarding, and we wire your phone number (typically 1–2 business days). Or request a callback / book a Live Demo — AI Front Desk at /book-call first.
Do I need a call before signing up?
No — self-serve checkout is built for speed. Many clients book a Live Demo — AI Front Desk to hear their AI answer a real scenario before paying.
What happens after I pay? (How does delivery work?)
It's automatic, then a human check. Razorpay confirms payment → we create your account and project and generate your AI operators from your choices → you register at /login with the same email → a short /onboarding (your business name, hours, services) → our team attaches your phone number and reviews the agent → you go live. You don't build or wire anything technical; you approve and it runs.
What do I actually get — and what's mine vs Liulum's?
You get a login to your client portal: your leads and call transcripts, your booking calendar, an approval inbox for any risky action, your site-health view, and your weekly revenue report — all your data, locked to your account. Liulum runs the operators and infrastructure for you (the automations live on our platform); you can also connect your own tools via the Liulum API. Your business data and site stay yours; you can export and cancel any time.
I paid but can't log in — what now?
Register at /login with the exact email you used at checkout. We link your account automatically. Forgot password? Use /login?mode=recover — reset links expire in 1 hour.

Pricing & payment

How much does it cost in India?
Modular pricing on /get-started — pick Front Desk capabilities, AI Employee automations, simultaneous capacity, and Care tier. Startup presets from ~₹9,999 setup · ₹9,999/mo/mo; your quote updates as you toggle options. One setup fee at checkout.
How much does it cost in the US / UK?
Same configurator at /get-started — USD pricing updates live as you add capabilities and automations. International cards via Razorpay.
How much does it cost in the Gulf?
AED-equivalent pricing on /get-started for AI Front Desk and your full stack. Your card is charged in USD at Razorpay — international cards.
How do I pay?
Razorpay at checkout: setup fee charged in full upfront, then monthly subscription (UPI, cards, net banking in India; international cards for USD). No 50/50 deposit — the amount shown is what you pay to start.
Why did checkout fail for US or Gulf?
Use a full website URL (yourgym.com works — we add https://). US numbers: include +1 or a 10-digit US mobile. Gulf: include +971 or a 9–10 digit UAE mobile. Website Care requires your current site URL. If payment still fails, email us — Razorpay international must be enabled on our account.
Are there hidden fees?
No tier sprawl on self-serve plans. Telecom or premium-voice costs may apply in some markets — we confirm before billing. Taxes (GST etc.) appear at checkout.
Will I get a surprise bill if I get busy?
Never. Your plan includes a generous monthly quota. If you get close, we tell you early; if you reach it, your front desk keeps answering — we simply ask if you'd like a predictable top-up or an upgrade. Nothing extra is ever charged automatically.
Do I pay for features I won't use?
No. At checkout you tick only what's relevant to your business — a salon takes booking, an online store takes support, a solo trade takes just 'answer & quote'. The price reflects what you switch on, and you can change it any time.
What about a new website?
Website Care and Front Desk maintain your existing site. Need a new site? Use /build (Launch / Professional / Scale) — separate from AI checkout, with its own Care retainer after a 1-month trial.

Front desk — channels & limits

Does it answer phone calls?
Yes — 24/7 AI voice via Retell. Books appointments, captures details, handles FAQs, and escalates emergencies to you. Inbound numbers are typically live 1–2 business days after onboarding.
What about WhatsApp?
Yes — inbound WhatsApp is answered by the same AI front desk: it replies 24/7 in your customer's language, captures the lead, and alerts you instantly. Outbound WhatsApp alerts are included too. Your WhatsApp Business number is connected during onboarding by our team.
What languages can it speak?
Your front desk answers in the languages your customers actually use — English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi (and Arabic/Urdu in the Gulf). It can detect and switch language mid-conversation. Premium (ElevenLabs) voices give the most natural regional accents.
What is Website Care?
Entry plan for gyms and clinics with an existing site: monitoring, self-healing, patching, health report, and trust badge. After pay, we give you a telemetry snippet to add to your site — takes about 5 minutes with your web person.
What is the weekly report?
Calls answered, leads captured, estimated revenue recovered — in your client portal at /dashboard/calls.
What if my site goes down?
Autonomous monitoring and self-healing where your site cooperates (snippet installed, hosting accessible). We alert you and often fix issues before customers notice.

Cancellation & refunds

Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. If business is seasonal or quiet, freeze billing and keep your full setup — resume in one click when you're ready. Most owners pause rather than cancel because their configuration and history stay intact.
How do I cancel?
Any time from your dashboard, or email hello@liulum.com — no phone-tree, no retention maze. Your subscription ends at the close of the period you already paid for. We'd rather offer a pause or a smaller plan than lose you, but the choice is always one click away.
Can I get a refund on the setup fee?
Generally no once provisioning or onboarding starts. Before that, contact us within 24 hours. See /refunds for the full policy.
Do I get a pro-rata refund for the current month?
No — monthly fees are not refunded for the current billing period. Cancellation stops the next charge.

Customer care & support

Who do I talk to?
Liulum support, with Rahul Rishi accountable for setup and launch. Email hello@liulum.com, WhatsApp from the site button, or use your client portal at /dashboard.
How fast will you reply?
Callback requests: within 4 business hours. Support email: 48-hour target. Emergency escalations from your front desk: instant notification to you (not a replacement for 911/112).
Where do I see calls and leads?
/dashboard and /dashboard/calls — transcripts, structured leads, site health, and weekly reports. Only your business data — locked to your account.
I need help with onboarding or my phone number
Complete /onboarding first, then email us — we attach your inbound number in Retell within 1–2 business days. You'll get a welcome email after payment with portal login steps.
Billing dispute or wrong charge?
Email hello@liulum.com with your business name and checkout email first. See /refunds, then Razorpay's dispute process if needed.

Trust & data

Is call recording disclosed?
Yes — AI disclosure and recording consent are configured per your market's requirements.
Is my data safe?
We follow our Privacy Policy (/privacy). We don't sell your data. Call transcripts and leads stay in your portal.
What if the AI does something risky or wrong?
Risky or high-value actions — refunds, payment links, anything sensitive — never happen automatically. They wait in a one-click approval inbox, and low-confidence or sensitive conversations escalate to a human. The AI never moves money or makes a promise without your say-so.
Is AI a replacement for emergency services?
No — never use it for 911/112 or medical emergencies. Escalations route to you; you remain responsible for urgent care decisions.
