Refund & cancellation policy

• Setup fee: charged in full at checkout. Non-refundable once we begin auto-provisioning, create your portal project, or start onboarding — whichever happens first.
• Before provisioning starts: contact us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund minus any non-recoverable Razorpay processing fees.
• Monthly subscription: no refund for the current billing period. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we materially fail to deliver the subscribed product and cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we refund unused prepaid subscription fees or offer a credit — at our discretion.

• Build price is paid in full at checkout (not a 50/50 split).
• Before work starts: full refund of the build payment, minus any non-recoverable Razorpay processing fees.
• After work starts, before preview delivery: build payment is non-refundable (it reserves your slot and pays for work begun), but you keep any work completed to that point.
• After preview: 2 included revision rounds apply. No refund after launch approval.
• Liulum Care trial: cancel before the free month ends to avoid the first Care charge. After that, standard subscription rules apply.

Refunds follow the milestones in your signed proposal. Deposits for custom scope are non-refundable once discovery or build work begins, unless we fail to deliver agreed milestones.

• Cancel with 30 days' notice (Growth: after any agreed minimum term).
• No pro-rata refund for the current month already billed.
• Annual Care prepay (pay 10, get 12): unused months after cancellation may be credited at our discretion; no cash refund unless required by law.

If a payment fails or you dispute a charge, contact hello@liulum.com first so we can resolve it quickly. Unfounded chargebacks after service delivery may result in account suspension and recovery of fees.

Revisions mean changes within the agreed scope — not new pages, features, or a redesign. Extra revision rounds: ₹5,000 / $120 each.
