Terms & Conditions

Liulum (Liulum, a sole proprietorship operated by Rahul Rishi) sells AI-powered business services and, separately, fixed-scope website builds. These terms apply to all purchases on liulum.com unless a signed bespoke proposal says otherwise.

Scope is exactly what you select at checkout or what is confirmed in a written proposal. Anything not listed is out of scope and quoted separately.

• Website Care — autonomous monitoring and self-healing for your existing website (telemetry snippet required on your site).
• AI Front Desk — Retell-based AI voice receptionist, web-form lead capture, lead inbox with call transcripts, weekly revenue report, and included website maintenance.
• AI Employee — back-office ops: daily digest, prospecting automations, maintenance, invoice/follow-up workflows, and alerts.
• Front Desk + AI Employee (Full Stack) — both products bundled at a discount, one portal and one bill.
• Instant Builder website packages (Launch / Professional / Scale) — new marketing sites via /build, with optional Liulum Care or Growth retainers.
• Bespoke / App Starter / AI MVP — sold via discovery call; scope and milestones in your proposal.

AI Front Desk includes 24/7 AI voice via Retell and an inbound conversational WhatsApp assistant (connected to your WhatsApp Business number during onboarding), plus outbound WhatsApp and email notifications for leads and alerts. AI responses are automated: the assistant is instructed never to make payment commitments, discounts, or promises on your behalf, and to defer specifics it does not know to you. You remain responsible for reviewing captured leads and for all commercial commitments to your customers.

• AI products (Website Care, AI Front Desk, AI Employee, Full Stack): one-time setup fee charged in full at Razorpay checkout, plus a recurring monthly subscription until cancelled.
• Instant Builder: full build price charged upfront at checkout, plus a Liulum Care subscription (first month free, then monthly) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Bespoke engagements: milestone payments per your signed proposal.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR or USD per market). Gulf pricing may display in AED but is billed in USD equivalent. Applicable taxes (including GST where required) are added as shown at checkout.
• We do not use a 50/50 deposit model for self-serve checkout.

• Digital services — no physical goods. After payment we auto-provision your portal account, project, and (where applicable) voice agent shell.
• Register at /login with the same email used at checkout, complete email verification, then finish /onboarding with accurate business details.
• Inbound phone numbers are attached via Retell — typically within 1–2 business days after onboarding; timing depends on telecom provisioning and your market.
• Website Care and included maintenance require you to install our telemetry snippet on your existing site and keep hosting access cooperative.
• Delivery targets for website builds (e.g. 14 days) assume timely content, assets, and approvals from you. Your delays pause the clock.

• Provide accurate business information, hours, services, and escalation contacts.
• Own the rights to content and materials you supply; comply with telecom, recording-consent, and WhatsApp/messaging laws in your jurisdiction.
• Install and maintain the Website Care telemetry snippet where required; grant reasonable access for monitoring and repairs.
• Do not use AI voice for emergency services — it is not a replacement for 911, 112, or local emergency dispatch.
• Respond to escalations we route to you; we are not liable for outcomes when you are unreachable.

Each Instant Builder project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the preview. Extra rounds are ₹5,000 / $120 each. Revisions adjust within agreed scope — not new pages or a full redesign.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically via Razorpay until you cancel.
• Cancel by emailing hello@liulum.com or through your Razorpay customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — no refund for the month already charged.
• Liulum Growth (website retainer) carries a 3-month minimum term when selected, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
• When a subscription ends, hosted services and AI features may be deactivated after a reasonable wind-down period. We assist data export on request.

See our Refund Policy for details. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once provisioning or onboarding has started.

You own your business content and, for website builds, the delivered source code and site IP after full payment — transferred via your repository. Liulum owns its platform, templates, internal tooling, and autonomous maintenance engine. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

You own your domain. Sites we host run on managed infrastructure under your maintenance plan. If maintenance ends, you are responsible for hosting migration; we assist a clean handover.

• No illegal, fraudulent, adult, hateful, or deceptive use of AI voice or messaging.
• No impersonation of emergency services, government agencies, or medical professionals beyond your licensed scope.
• Compliance with Retell, Razorpay, Vercel, and other platform terms.
• We may suspend service for abuse or legal risk with notice where practicable.

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or uptime outcomes. AI may mishear callers or produce incorrect responses — you remain responsible for reviewing escalations and critical bookings.

Liulum's total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is capped at the fees you paid for that order in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data on third-party services, etc.).

Both sides keep non-public business information confidential.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chandigarh.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one shown at the time of your purchase (currently 2026-06-12). Material changes to recurring billing will be communicated before they apply to existing subscriptions where required by law.
