Privacy Policy

Liulum (Liulum, a sole proprietorship operated by Rahul Rishi) operates liulum.com and provides AI front-desk, back-office automation, website builds, and maintenance services. Privacy questions: Rahul Rishi at hello@liulum.com.

• Account & contact details — name, email, phone, company, business profile, and messages you submit via get-started, /build, onboarding, or support.
• Voice & lead data — call metadata, transcripts, structured lead fields, urgency flags, and escalation records from your AI Front Desk.
• Payment records — Razorpay confirmation, invoice IDs, and subscription status (we do not store full card numbers).
• Website telemetry — for Website Care and maintenance clients: uptime heartbeats, incident signals, and repair logs from your site snippet.
• WhatsApp conversations — when your business connects a WhatsApp number, we process and store messages your customers send to that number (and the AI's replies) to answer them, capture leads, and alert you. We use this data only to provide the service to you.
• Usage & security logs — IP address, browser, timestamps, and portal activity for authentication and abuse prevention.
• Prospecting data (admin only) — public business listings we enrich via Google Places for outbound sales research, not sold to third parties.

• Deliver, configure, and operate AI voice, maintenance, and portal services.
• Send service, billing, onboarding, and alert notifications (email, WhatsApp outbound, Slack where configured).
• Produce weekly reports and ops digests in your client portal.
• Keep the platform secure and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

We use subprocessors only as needed to run the service. Each processes data to perform its function under our instructions:

• Retell — AI voice calls, transcripts, and agent configuration.
• Razorpay — payment processing and subscriptions.
• Resend — transactional email (verification, receipts, alerts).
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Railway worker — background jobs, outbound WhatsApp/email notifications, and maintenance automations.
• Google Places — public business data for internal prospecting (not client-facing).

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and fraud prevention.

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, billing, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Active clients can access their own calls, leads, reports, and project data via the portal at /dashboard. Email us to request export or deletion where we are not legally required to retain records.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and similar laws), you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing. Email hello@liulum.com — we respond within a reasonable period.

Essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and the portal secure. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps and will notify you of a material breach affecting your data where required by law.
