Revenue Intelligence.
Care estimates how much revenue is at risk every minute your checkout is down — and surfaces that number in a report you can share with clients and leadership to justify reliability investment.
Revenue at risk
Estimated revenue lost or at-risk per minute of checkout downtime, based on your configured average order value and peak hourly order rate.
Mean time to recovery
Average time from incident open to incident resolved across all checkout-path incidents in the last 90 days.
Incidents per month
Rolling count of checkout-path incidents per calendar month, with month-on-month trend.
Uptime improvement
Change in monthly uptime percentage since Care was enabled, compared to the baseline month.
Incident cost estimate
Estimated cumulative revenue impact of all checkout incidents in the reporting period, using revenue-at-risk-per-minute multiplied by incident duration.
Path-level breakdown
Per-path incident count, average downtime duration, and estimated revenue impact for each monitored path.
01 / Setup
Configure your revenue baseline
In Settings > Revenue Intelligence, enter your average order value and estimated peak hourly order rate. Care uses these to calculate revenue-at-risk-per-minute during checkout path incidents. You can update these values any time.
# Revenue baseline settings (in dashboard)

Peak hourly orders: 12
Revenue at risk/min: $85 x 12 / 60 = $17/min02 / Setup

FAQ
Common questions
How accurate are the revenue estimates?
The estimates are approximations based on the average order value and peak hourly rate you provide. They are most accurate for e-commerce stores with stable order patterns. For highly seasonal stores, update your baseline before peak periods.
Does Care track actual order volume?
No. Care does not connect to your e-commerce platform or analytics. It estimates revenue impact using the baseline you configure. Care monitors uptime and reliability — not sales data.
Why does the revenue estimate only apply to checkout-path incidents?
Only checkout-path failures have a direct causal link to lost orders. Informational page failures (blog posts, about pages) are tracked in the health score but excluded from revenue impact estimates to keep the numbers conservative and credible.
Can I see revenue impact per incident?
Yes. In Portfolio > your site > Incidents, each checkout-path incident shows its estimated revenue impact based on the incident duration and your configured baseline.
